Baking! Baking! Tra-la-la

I am so looking forward to my book launch and tea party for The Goblin King's Mischief. I really hate the idea of having to charge for food, but that's how I'm paying for the venue. And even though it's only $2 an item, I still don't like it.

So I'm trying to avoid that by having a bake sale fundraiser at the Kenosha Book Fest September 22. Hopefully, I can make enough sales to pay for the venue.

I've got six different kinds of cookies I'm making and four days to make them. Today, I made fluffy frosted sugar cookies and pumpkin cookies.

Cats and husband better stay out of the kitchen for a while. I'm doing bakingcraft!

About

    D. Lieber has a wanderlust that would make a butterfly envious. When she isn’t planning her next physical adventure, she’s recklessly jumping from one fictional world to another. Her love of reading led her to earn a Bachelor’s in English from Wright State University.

Beyond her skeptic and slightly pessimistic mind, Lieber wants to believe. She has been many places—from Canada to England, France to Italy, Germany to Russia—believing that a better world comes from putting a face on “other.” She is a romantic idealist at heart, always fighting to keep her feet on the ground and her head in the clouds.

Lieber lives in Wisconsin with her husband (John) and cats (Yin and Nox).
